called ER last night and talked to them about the meds.  Then I called my doc today, who is increasing cymbalta to 90 mg a day.  I also take 20 mg. buspar a.m.

			<description><![CDATA[ Well, I called the Doctor&#39;s Office that I was referred to for my RA. They didn&#39;t have a referral for me. I spoke with my regular dooctor&#39;s nurse
and it turns out that the Rheumatologist doesn&#39;t accept Medicare and neither do the other 2 Rheumatologists in NW Arkansas. The only other one even
remotely close is in Ft Smith and he will accept Medicare, but that doctor is more than 1 1/2 hours away. I really don&#39;t know what to do. The distance is
so great that to get there... ]]></description>
